Just on the Fox News Channel.............
A Heinz-Kerry, Kenneth Lay, Enron connection.
It seems that Kenneth Lay was not only a guest of John and Teraaazzzaaa at their Georgetown Mansion, BUT.....he was on the board of directors of the Heinz Foundation. In turn, Terrraaaazzza had over $250,000 in Enron stock.
I wonder if we should tell Michael Moore ??? :-)
Stay tuned. This could be interesting..........

I don't think there was any politician that Ken Lay didn't try to suck up to.

That's a reach. Unless you've got some inside info that the Heinz-Kerrys influenced Lay or helped him in some specific way, you should drop this. IMO.

Hah! And I wonder if she sold her stock just before it went down? If so, maybe she can share a prison cell with Martha, and they can swap orange jumpsuit fashion tips.

But in the mind of a Leftist, perceptions trump truth everytime. Note how only the mention of word: Halliburton, causes them to make vast assumptions about Bush/Cheney. Perhaps we can get to the point on the right when all we have to do to scare a lib is say: Enron/Ken Lay!
To: Cheetah1
And this is breaking news?
Must be a slow news day.
Perhaps someone could come up with a completer list of people that owned and sold this stock.
I am sure it would cover every political party.
This is not news...

And, what influence did Ken Lay have on Bush?
(They (Enron executives) ATTENDED only three WH meetings -ALONG with several hundred other oil and energy executives in each meeting.)
So, exactly WHAT are the democrats accusing Bush of doing wrong by receiving Enron campaign donations?
(Are they accusing Bush of NOT following Clinton's example and using US government diplomatic and energy policy pressure to make foreign sales FOR Enron?)

It isn't news on BUSH or KERRY
I think it is funny that everyone freaks when the Dems do this to Bush...but now there is some connection with Kerry...and it is breaking news?
What goes around....oh never mind

When did she sell her 250,000 in Enron stock, and who told her to sell it?

While this info is basically a yawner, I gotta wonder why a Senate investigation of Enron, headed by Joe Liebermann, has gone nowhere in the last couple of years.

Maybe that point can be reached, but unless there's more there to this story, that point hasn't been reached yet. That's what I said in my first post.
To: GeorgeW23225
The mediaWHORES(-FOX) as usual will turn a blind eye to the connection!
To: GeorgeW23225
he was on the board of directors of the Heinz Foundation.
Seems to me this could be big. If he was handing out money to left wing charities, we can really use the Left's statements about Lay/Enron to hammer them.
Also, it is interesting that while Lay contributed to everyone politically there was a rather important difference between the Clinton and Bush presidencies.
Namely, when Enron asked for favors from Clinton they got them. When they asked for favors from Bush they got nothing. Not that the leftist press would ever see fit to mention that...
