Blessed, "Because that is Isakson's position and George Bush's."
Blessed, Isakson's position on abortion is, and always has been, "I am personally opposed to abortion except in the case of rape, incest, and to preserve the life of the mother. But I trust my wife and daughter and the women of Georgia to choose."
In other words while he personally doesn't believe in abortion (with exceptions), he thinks it should remain legal and we should continue to trust women to make the right choice.
All that means is that he is pro choice, which is just another way of saying pro abortion.
We have been trusting women to make the right choice since Roe v. Wade and they have destroyed enough babies to populate several large cities for convenience sake.
DJ, I forgot to ping you yesterday (please go to the post to which I'm replying). My apologies.
Prayers to Cain's campaign to hold Isakson below 50%. Hopefully Mac Collins will do the classy thing and endorse Cain for the runoff. I kinda feel bad about Mac, he gave up his seat for nothing.
