Did you find out what the specifics of the draft policy was at that time? ...just curious.
Did you see #270? That's what I found about Edwards; I am still looking for how the draft was handled before the lottery.
I know Kerry was coming up for induction -- because he called his draft board and asked them if he could take another year and go to -- TADA!!! -- France, but they said no!
