I agree. Any statement made in public by an aspiring candidate is public, especially when delivered over mass communications. Using his actual voice and that of Goggle Guy's question is prevented by copyright laws, but the comments are NEWS and open to the public.
If there isn't, I vote Peroutka. I mean damn, if we are smart enough to see these things, then why isn't the President????
He'd better get TOUGH or I will be miffed!
LOL and you know Kerry and his mirror are probably never parted. I think the same re the debates. looking forward to the 'authentic' demonstrating it's superiority over the inauthentic.
. . .and I love the 'Briar Patch' psychology of the Edward's camp re his debating Dick Cheney. . .yeah; bring him on; John will eat him alive. . .
See another victory going to genuine leadership; experience and knowledge vs. . .one smooth talker - in search of substance.
One thing, Repubs have got to define these people in real terms. . .ugly as they are.
As is the case with the "Missing Bush National Guard Records" headline today (New York Times)and others seen as detrimental to Bush, the story is almost universally carried in the "mainstream" media.
Anything remotely damaging to Kerry shows up in Newsmax, NRO or Ann Coulter's column.
And that's where it ends.
Kerry is to busy to show up for work at the White House as well!!!Vote Bush.
Too busy raising campaign cash for national security briefings, eh? Sounds like a certain former President of our acquaintance.
Which is exactly what Clinton did .. and PROVES the dems cannot be trusted with national security.
I was going to say the same thing, but you said it better and faster. Thanks.
Reminded me of the cartoon of Nero fiddling while Rome burned.
I guess the two suits, empty and no, were still enjoying the motel room.
bump
But, this is so typical of liberals. They have NO CLUE.........
Different source with a different title.
So, what do you think of the story?
I saw that. Incredible.
Good point.
Could this be a good campaign slogan/reminder? Think so!
As this is not an exact quote by Kerry, it should not appear in quotation marks (this is not a minor quibble; you have apparently falsified a quote). He never said "I've been too busy" (at least, that doesn't appear in the transcript quoted at the source).
KERRY: Well, I haven't been briefed yet, Larry. They have offered to brief me. I just haven't had time.A valid headline might be this:
Kerry: "just [hasn't] had time" for nat'l security briefing
Or did Kerry say those words somewhere else?
The headline still contains an apparent fabrication. I can find no source for Kerry having said those specific words.
