This requires a full investigation with a special prosecutor. I would start by going back to 1996-97 and checking out who was in office during this time and how the Times and AP knew to ask the Pentagon for this information.
After this, the AP should sue to open up Kerry's military records about Vietnam and what those three purple hearts were for. Then they should ask for Kerry's medical records as well as his marital records.
Yeah, sure, right.
