You're probably right but after seeing too many polls, awaiting this "bump", the best average I could come up with was about 4.
If it's a 3 day average, and the SCUM team was up by 4 over the past 2 days, President Bush would have had to be up by over 20 points to be up by 5 in a 3 day average. Very unlikely... I recall seeing that it was either a dead heat or the SCUM up by 1 over the 2 days.
