Former Enron CEO Ken Lay Indicted

Lay To Turn Himself In Thursday Morning

The former chairman, CEO and founder of Enron Corp., Ken Lay, was indicted Wednesday, News2Houston reported.

Federal grand jurors handed down the sealed indictment Wednesday afternoon.

The charges, which are not yet known, stem from the company's 2001 collapse.

Lay is expected to turn himself in to federal authorities Thursday morning, where the indictment will be unsealed and the charges announced.
