Last week, a female co-worker who I sometimes ride the bus with emailed me an anti-Bush email saying - among other things - that Bush was "protecting" Lay and other Enron executives. She got mad (and now refuses to talk to me)when I pointed that was a lie and that several Enron executives were already indicted. I'll resist the temptation to email her the news about Kenny Boy
Don't even waste your time. The more wrong you prove HER to be, the angrier at YOU she will get, still refusing to see the light. That is the way all liberals are. Just rest easy KNOWING that your were right (and search for a new "bus buddy").

"The more wrong you prove HER to be, the angrier at YOU she will get,"
And as SHE angrily ended our "relationship" (such as it was), she accused me of being "emotional" and "overreacting." My email response to her had contained no expletives, just facts, and I even conceded a few of the points (huge deficit, unnecessary tax breaks for upper-income brackets, etc.). But that wasn't good enough; any defense of Bush was simply beyond the pale.
