Actually, two hair comments were made by J. France Kerry today. The one you refer to and another to the effect "it's nice to have somebody else with hair on the road with me".

I saw the press conference when he said that.
That was a pretty irrelevant thing to say.
It was the one soundbite they played over and over today when talking about the rally. I can't believe that liberals thought that that was an impressive thing to say. Great hair is not going to win the war on terror.
