Chrissy Mathews, Andrea Mitchell and Howard Fineman were discussing Kerry picking Edwards when one of them said Kerry wanted Sen. Bob Graham as late as last night but he failed the vetting process.
Another tidbit, Teresa doesnt care for Edwards because of what went on in the primaries.

I try to listen to Rush at work, but its not always possible. :o(
I suspect that this is probably the biggest part of the "failed vetting".
But hasn't everyone who follows politics at all known this for years?
So now the mainstream media can have orgasm after orgasm over Pretty Boy Edwards.
But John appears to me to have a deer in headlights syndrome. He's gonna be mighty tiresome before this is over.
Ping.
That was very KINGLY of him. Yes, indeed. Very benevolent.
Here's an article I've kept a link to that discusses the journals. It's an old article, and comes from a liberal rag, but it does give insight into Graham's compulsion.

Unbelievable, are those two captures real or photoshops?
Kerry probably printed those signs off on his computer this morning before leaving the hotel room.
Check this out from last night:

She should have threatened to cut off Kerry's allowance. Always worked on me
Laura Ingraham has taken to calling Edwards the "Silk Pony. Isn't that a perfect description.
Isn't that funny?
I guess up until 8:59, they could have just flipped those signs over!
They are real.
Assuming the Graham info is correct, it speaks volumes about the status of Kerry's campaign. It means he knows he in deep **** in the other battlegrounds., doncha' think?
I wonder if, like Pepys, he had a symbol for mastabatory successes.
Olbermann showed them (1 sign..front and back) on his yack show, just a few minutes ago.
Note that they don't get the flag quite right; as though they've never really looked that closely at it
Did you SEE the rally?
There was 3,000 people there, if that. It was PITIFUL!
