I heard on Fox News a few minutes ago the the Judge was approved by a majority in the Senate. KBH did vote against his approval but the majority carried the day. Does anyone know how my RINO senior senator from Pennsylvania voted on the judge?

I agree about DeLay, the question was who I'd like. However, I believe Barton will run if Hutchison retires in 2006. Being one of only 100 Senators is powerful even if you are a new Senator, and not having to run every 2 years is very attractive and Barton doesn't like being in a constant campaign mode. But, you may be right.

I agree. Rick "Hate Crimes" Perry is a sorry a$$ Rino. When he came out for the so called "hate crimes" bill, I wrote and told him that I hoped the James Byrd family would vote for him because I damned sure wasn't.
I recieved back a letter mouthing stupid platitudes.
OTOH, Kay is at least a semi Rino herself but probably better than Perry.

I agree the hate crime crap was a bad move on his part and wrote him saying so. However, he is trying to get spending under controll and reduce the size of government. You never get a politician you agree with 100% of the time.
