I think he is quite a bit higher than 78, but I don't think he is #1. IIRC he is in the top ten list for next Pope.

IIRC he is in the top ten list for next Pope. It's highly doubtful that Ratzinger would be elected Pope when, at age 78, he's three years older than the mandatory retirement age of bishops.
