There are, but 1. no one wants to be a sacrifical lamb, and 2. considering the way the state GOP leadership stabbed Jack Ryan in the back, there is absolutely no good reason for a prominent Republican to put his integrity on the line for these, ahem, people. Illinois won't improve until at the very least, the state leadership is unceremoniously tossed out of office.
