Bird, I think you underestimate how angry some people have been. Like Sam, I could have considered a pro-war democrat who was against outsourcing. I also could not consider candidates who are taking us down a road where child-rape would be legalized someday.
I spent 18 of the last 31 months unemployed. Frankly, I was enraged at the callous, "Let them eat cake", "Start your own business" obliviousness of globalists at what offshoring and outsourcing are doing to American workers. I still am.
Sam, I was in the same boat for months and I share your anger. I worked for a company that sent thousands of jobs overseas just so they could make "savings" on health care. They still are in the red, but fail to acknowledge they got sold a lemon of an idea.
As of today I have 4 firm job offers, and 3 more companies requesting my resume. Yep, I sure hate this current economy, why if Kerry-Edwards were in charge I would have 400 or 500 offers by now I bet. ROFL
Right now, God be praised, I have the best job ever.
But so many have suffered. And non-college Americans continue to suffer from the impact of WSJ cheap labor policies on immigration and offshoring.
