Yes, I think you're right, they probably had evidence to show that Brocchini did not make up the part about duct tape. Which would mean Geragos DID make up the part about Brocchini lying.

I think that Brochinni had his binder there to show that the duct tape was mentioned and ALSO turned over in discovery long ago. MG knew this, just wanted to spin it for the weekend.
