I think the whole duct tape flap was an effort to distract the public (i.e., jurors who are exposed to the media) from Shawn Sibley's damaging testimony. I've noticed that MG likes to leave a good impression, somehow, at the end of every week. Good application of psychological principles, BTW.
The entire long weekend filled with breathless pundits, reporters, defense lawyers discussing the fact that the prosecution has no credibility, calls for a mistrial.

I agree Julie. Distaso WILL be able to address this. He's a LOT smarter than the TH's are giving him. In fact, I'm APPALLED at the reporting. Just look at the title headings of the above articles!! LOOK OUT Geragos the train is gonna run ya over from behind!!
