The Carnycrats are from Rolla, and I rather doubt -- given prior animus between the Carnycrats and the former multi-term SDS slipshod Marxist mayor of STL (that's Vincent Schlemiel, (wups, Schoemehl, my bad) for all you non-Missouri FReepers, btw) -- that Russie is anything but detested in STL City, which sadly forms roughly 35% of the 3rd District. Naturally, not being a Marxist slimeball, I can't claim to have a thoroughly informed opinion as to the variegated 'Rat infighting.
