Greetings, Canteeners, Troops,
and All the Ships at Sea!

Sarge is poking his nose back into the Canteen at this hour, hoping everyone who's taken the time to visit is enjoying themselves as much as I have been!

After a good solid lie-in this morning, I dragged my happy self out to Tomah, WI, and unexpectedly ran headlong into the Independence Day Parade down the middle of town! Quickly parking the car, I ran to an open gas station and bought a disposable camera, and stood there snapping away! As soon as they're developed and thrown onto a CD, I'll share with y'all!

Today also included my check call with Pop and Momma up in PA. Pop and Sarge had their usual weekly intel update - he keeps abreast of things as much as the media lets him - and he always asks the same thing: "When are you leaving?" Not IF, WHEN...
