To: Indy Pendance
People want to send boxes directly, but for security, I can't let out our APO's to any except a very few highly trusted FReepers. It was too hard getting those APO's and I don't want to abuse the trust of those soldiers who gave them to me.

It's a necessity to check items coming in, rebox and mail them. But for a lot of people shopping for the troops is much more fun just sending a check.

I hear you. I never give out addresses of soldiers, but I'm in contact with at least 6 of them. I totally understand your position. It's a shame it's the way it is though.

In my situation, I have personally met my soldiers who I send stuff to. But, I'm an army mom.
