Reminds me of the story of 2 guys going through a graveyard in Chicago, writing down names off of tombstones to add to voter rolls.
One of the men comes across an older grave. The marker is worn and hard to read. He spends several minutes trying to decipher the name and after a while the other tells him to give up and move on. He replies, "Hey, this guy has as much right to vote as anyone else in here."

That's about it. Wait until the ACLU files suit, that just because someone dies, doesn't mean, their voting rights should be taken away.
