No, no, I FINALLY got it to work, so I have MS Paint on the laptop!
When I bought it, it was disabled, so I just brute-force reloaded it, and now I'm happy!
The main box at home has Paint Shop on it, but I had nothing for up here in the Cheesehead.
But, (sheepish grin), if you REALLY wanna make me more wardrobe stuff, I won't complain....
