If Iraq improves, he could be okay, but right now, too many voters here think that Bush deliberately misled the people to make his case for war in Iraq, and that it wasn't worth the blood and treasure and that he hasn't handled the issue as a whole well. Take away Iraq and Bush scores NH easily.
What are the two Senators doing to change those perceptions? Both of them should be stumping the state, making the case for war.
