I am quite sure not, unless some people are freelancing.

It was government policy at the highest levels. It certainly was not freelance operatives moonlighting. I'm concerned because it has been documented that France passed on direct intelligence to the Iraqi regime while the UN was still deliberating the recent crises. They're not to be trusted and I don't just mean chIraq. France is not an ally of the US.

I knew it WAS government policy in the 80s. I just hoped that it stopped when the Soviet Union ended.

Timmerman seems to say that we have given France access to everything about our nuclear weapons program! Unbelievable! Wanting to keep them "within the tent." Wow!
