Of course we do, Coop. Now who would play stronger among white voters, especially males.

Condi.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

I agree...my liberal mother has already decided, as a native New Yorker and security mom, that she will vote for Bush. But her WORST nightmare is Hillary. She absolutely DETESTS the woman. And she voted for Bill twice...

I personally would love to see Cheney and Hillary debate.. (of course he would have to watch the language) but she would be umming and uhhing right and left and would be unable to make a coherent statement against him.. and of course if she continues to make these enlightened marxist statements of hers, Cheney will literally clean the floor with her.

What average Mexican, Black, liberal or borderline voter on the street cares if Cheney is a sledgehammer?

As an average Mexican voter who is a staunch republican and raised in a democratic family, I can tell you that moving historically democratic voters to republican voters is not going to happen. The issue isn't even who the democratic candidate is...it's a party vote, pure and simple. It's the "Kennedy" mystique, perception is that democrats support the middle class, republicans the wealthy and perception is reality.

Put who you want in the VP chair to garner minority votes, it probably won't make a difference. Not even Colin Powell would work because the black community will label him as a turncoat, they'll neutralize him too.

This country is surely moving towards socialism and it won't stop. When Kerry/Clinton are elected, you can bet on another 16 years of socialist reforms...by the end of that time, the only rich you'll have left will be in Hollywood and Government.

Most of the women in my office are the so called "Swing Voters". They don't have a political party loyalty and many have yet to make up their mind. I can tell you we have our morning coffee breaks where we gather around a desk and discuss current issues and out of the 10 women not one of them likes Hillary. They say they don't trust her and have no respect for her hanging on to her sex crazed hubbie. She will allienate the moderate swing vote in my opinion.

While many are ambiguous in their feelings regarding Kerry, this is not the case with Hillary. I think everyone has a firm opinion of her - love her or hate her. If he chooses her, it will definitely solidify the swing vote in one direction or the other - I feel in the direction of Bush/Cheney.

My father-in-law is another example of the undecided swing voter. He is maddeningly liberal in some views (gun control, crime & punishment, military & the war) and believes everything the alphabet networks say about Pres. Bush. However, he does have some old fashioned values and conservative views on other issues (taxes, abortion, religion, gay rights). But one thing is clear - he DESPISES the Clintons. At this point, he hasn't decided which way to vote, but I have no doubt that if Kerry chooses Hillary as his running mate, my father-in-law will vote for Bush.

Nunn's name was floated a few weeks ago. It makes sense, but is a boring ticket.

And Kerry won't pick the Hildabeast. She would completely overshadow him.

The last thing Kerry wants is for people to start saying, "Well, we know who wears the pants on that ticket."

He made some comment about not wanting to sell life insurance to any company that employed Hillary-or something to that effect. I did not hear it myself and I do not know if that is what O was responding to.

"OK. What did Morris say?"

Ok--on the topic of Hillary as a VP running mate to Kerry, Morris said to Bill:

"I would not want to sell life insurance to John Kerry."

O'Reilly almost fell out of his seat, while looking toward the producer and saying in so many words--that was outrageous--ignore what he just said.

I heard it. He said he wouldn't want to sell KERRY life insurance if Hillary was his VP. O'Reilly poo-poohed it.

Actually, I have never seen O'Reilly more embarrassed or flustered by a comment made on his show as he was last night..Bill appeared distracted for the rest of that segment with Morris.

Part of me believes that Bubba will never let Hillary reach the White House. His ego won't let her success equal his. He will sabotage her some way. Those two have such a screwed-up relationship anyway. Besides, I think she has her sights on the Supreme Court, where she will have the ability to "dictate" legislation. The conservatives won't have enough votes to stop her there.

Hillary has, in the past, risen to power because of the man she married. Kerry is just the opposite and, if he picks Hillary, he does so because he knows he needs her to win. Kerry is sort of an anti-man.

...she is not very bright or quick in an open conversation.

I agree.

The leftist-communists in this country (of which, it pains me to say, there are legions)consider her the "smartest woman in the nation" because, of course, she is a true emty-headed automaton marxist.

As a charter member of the VRWC i have studied Hitlery carefully and have found that she utters utter nonsense. Never does an intelligible thought or sentence pass her smirking lips. She is so full of herself that she believes she possesses a super intellect and will be ready to take over the reins of power and finish destroying our lives in this nation.

Her nominal husband-thingy is of the same capacity, but does his dirty work with an ol' boy attitude.

These DemocRATs and their RepublicRAT allies are more dangerous to our nation that anything ever before confronted.

American socialism placemarker.

You're right, of course - except for the certainty of it all.

There are few historical certainties. ;^)

You're right on..... Kerry realizes he has practically zilch charisma and he will not be willing to lose what little he has to "bask" in the shadow of H. I doubt if Teresa would be willing to be relegated any further either.
