I wonder what the number of non-combat-related casualties was for the period during the Iraqi and Afghanistan war efforts. That is, in addition to those lost in Iraq and Afghanistan, there are still other accidents and illnesses claiming lives. I hope the numbers are extremely low. My numbers (the 648) includes the casualties caused by accidents and illness. I think that there were about 250 such deaths.
