I am not an advocate of open borders. Illegal immigration is a big problem, not as big as really important national issues, though, and I favor the use of laws to thwart illegal immigration where possible and practicable, as is the government so doing. But I am neither an advocate for violence or murder or inhospitality or anger or hatred or racism or calumny or cultural isolationism or anti-business protectionism and rhetoric.

Neither am I an advocate of pretending that stomping one's feet ever solved anything, at least ever since I outgrew infantilism. That is one reason why I support President Bush's bold initiative in creating a guest worker program, because the status quo is not really working well in securing a measure of justice, and laws were made for justice, not the other way around.

Speaking from a detached perspective, regardless of whether you or I like it or not, the land belongs to a people who will follow God's moral Law. If we allow ourselves to become corrupted by moral-liberalism, then we will become the illegal residents in accordance with the Landlord's edicts, which are always just.

Okay --- but it is an issue --- and Silvestre Reyes --- head of the Hispanic Caucus in Congress was elected to Congress by a very predominantly hispanic district only because he became popular after he put Operation Blockade and Operation Hold the Line into place --- seen as good border control. It's not exactly a race issue because many hispanics themselves are against open borders or massive uncontrolled immigration from any countries.

Yet here you were on this thread, 'stomping your infantile feet' at posts, 38, 48, 52, 59, and 99, at least.

Not so CJ. Under our Constitution, we all have rights to life, liberty and property. This land belongs to those who own it.

If we allow ourselves to become corrupted by moral-liberalism, then we will become the illegal residents in accordance with the Landlord's edicts, which are always just.

You have your landlord CJ, -- I have mine. -- Your landlords 'edicts' have no legal, or moral, effect on me.
That's the way our Constitutional rule of law works, kiddo..
-- And I suggest you learn to live with such 'constamitoosional' law, as you like to call it.
