I don't get their point. "Let's infiltrate, but let's not say anything they wouldn't say. Keep that fringe crap to yourself, or you'll be gone."

So, they're going to come over here and be model freepers? What do they gain? Basically, it sounds like we're at the same point we always were: let new people in, but zot them if they reveal themselves to be infiltrators. *shrug*

Don't give out personal information, be careful about inviting new people to FReeps since they could turn out to be an embarassment...which may be their plan. FIND out what they really believe, and that may take time, look for those red flags.

Just like the FReep that got the "Today Show" was a success, the wrong people could give FreeRepublic a bad name, to discredit it....that sounds more like their purpose, do something public, lasting.

They strike up conversations with other FReepers who they think may be SF material (mostly on immigration threads, some JOOSRULETHEWORLD threads), then when the time is right, email of FReepmail them and ask them to "take it another step".
