I too, took it upon myself to restrain my language. And this was back when I was a welder! What is sad, though, is how course language has become, even in environments were it is reasonable to expect better. Such as upper management in corporations.
Sometimes swearing will give you more peace of mind than a prayer will. I think Cheney found one of those rare moments.
