Yes, he had 30 minutes in a pontoon boat on the Intercoastal waterway at Beach Boulevard. Alltel Stadium is on the St. Johns River twenty miles away. Every major bridge in town is on the Saint John's River, with a small fishing park either on it or near it, easily accesible by car. Across from NAS Mayport, there is a park with river camping facing the base.

Bottom line, idiot terrorist wannabe is in a suit in 99 degree weather, on a boat he doesn't know how to operate on the wrong body of water...
