Well, this isn't good news, but it is good to read it. Pre-911, this little incident would have brushed off by the Marina staff as just a wierd customer. Now? Here it is on Freerepublic. Hopefully someone more important than me is reading it too.

Yeah, the marina workers were on the ball. I have this mental image of the terrorist wanna-be in his Thurston Howell suit and on the other hand, these good ol' boys in their tee shirts and cut offs like the song on Sesame Street ...
one of these things is not like the others... We have been having 99 degree days and fierce storms every afternoon. Getting arrested probably saved his life, from either heatstroke or drowning.
