PHOENIX -- Sen. John Kerry yesterday promised an amnesty for most illegal immigrants who have been in the United States for at least five years.
"It is time to fulfill the promise of America, so that those who work hard and take responsibility and build a better life for them and their families, and live by the rules, and pay their taxes and raise their families have a right to share in America and its citizenship in the fullest," the Democratic candidate for president said.

On whatever President Bush is bad on, John Ffing sKerry is MUCH worse. Whatever our issues with him, at least Pres. Bush is not sKerry.
The Tucson CBS affiliate ran a bit of sKerry's rally/speech last night. The sound bite had sKerry telling the audience of NCLR that he was for more better-paying jobs for Americans, so that they would have enough money left over at the end of the week to enjoy their leisure time.
The wife and I were watching, and it all went in one ear and out the other until I told her that NCLR was the National Council of La Raza, one of America's premier illegal-alien supporting groups and that sKerry was talking to illegals, not to Americans.
I had to scrape her off the ceiling, she was so pi$$ed off!
If I steal a car, take very good care of it and maintain it well for 5 years, can I then legally keep it without fear of prosecution?
Kerry = serious cranial / rectal inversion syndrome.
Sounds more like "work for Mexico.
According to this logic, yes. You will be putting money into the economy by maintaining your stolen vehicle, you will have transportation to work, so you will be paying taxes, and hey, what's a stolen vehicle as long as you drive the speed limit and wear a safety belt.
And the biggest plus: YOU WON'T BE SENDING YOUR MONEY TO MEXICO!!
And we just lost the USA. There is no more sovereignty. Mexico rules!!!!
Adopting similar logic as a national consensus is what has led to the current state of the country known as Mexico.
Yup, they already rule the area I live in. My next door neighboor and I are the only gringos on my block.
You can't walk into any nearby store without hearing Mexican music, people everywhere speaking Mexican to one another and, of course, dirty diapers and other trash flooding the parking lot.
To start with, yes.
I wonder if the attendees were wearing their brown sheets and hoods.
So much competition to be Vicente's bride....
