Not arguing the point. Just pointing out that you aren't "practicing medicine" when you make your own medical decisions, but that you are when you make them for someone else. Even if Congress attempts to control the practice of medicine, there are limits to what that constitutes. In this instance if Congress is not practicing medicine without a license, they are at least practicing pharmacology without a license.
Surpised this hasn't attracted more interest. It's going to be intersting to see how this sorts out.
