Every year the GOP complains, at varying volume, but never seems to actually do anything about it.

And they'll do the same this year. They'll whine a bit, the Democrats will scream RACISM! and the GOP will slink away.

Since the "minority" vote for Republicans is so miniscule, who cares if they scream racism? Will that convince swing voters to go RAT?
