I am not sure what all the battleground states are, but Missouri is one of them

Vote fraud is the life blood of democrats electoral victories. Without it they would be a minor player in congress.

St. Louis is a place where this election could very well be stolen. We need poll watchers in every one of those precincts.

Okay look. We know the Democrats are going to once again attempt massive vote fraud. They have done it every single election in memory.

What, if anything, is the GOP going to do to put a stop to it this year? It already cost a Senate seat (SD) and caused the Florida fiasco, among other damage. Every year the GOP complains, at varying volume, but never seems to actually do anything about it.

So, what's the plan, guys?

The chairman of the Republican National Committee on Monday called for a bipartisan effort to safeguard polling locations in Missouri and other presidential battleground states against voter fraud.

Is this a joke?

The RATS are orgasnizing the fraud for pete's sake!

Ed better deploy lots of Rep lawyers, we know how far the RATS will go, they're demonstrating that every day.

“I can certainly assure you that if there is a political party in this country committed to ensuring that every vote be counted…it's the Democratic Party,” spokesman Jano Cabrera said.

Unless those votes are cast by members of the US Military.

Or a recount in Vt. where counting ALL cast ballots would have reversed the election outcome. I believe it was VT. May have been NH. In 2002 there was a close election and the democrats fought tooth and nail to have a large number of ballots disqualified for minor reasons such as the use of a red pen instead of a black pen. They succeeded in court. Someone please find the articles and FR posts on this matter and post them here. Thanks!

...spokeswoman for the group called both accusations insignificant.

Not incorrect, just insignificant. IOW, move along - nothing to see here.

She said none had been convicted of a violent crime, and they pose no threat to the public.

Other than the convicted sex offenders that is I guess.

This is not news, it is just a reminder.

Without vote fraud, these would not even be battleground states. The long-standing abuse of the local election laws is the only thing that makes the Democrats competitive at the ballot box.

And the most-abused voters? The residents of "minority" wards, who have much of their voting done for them.

This is why Republicans must make sure that we have poll watchers at every precinct or at the very least, ones where the Rats will do their best to commit fraud.

This is a pile of crap big enough to see from outer space. You have to know that Election Day 2004 is going to be total chaos, with more judges rolling out of bed and bar stools than any other day in history. Polls will be open until---not when the law says, but when the judge says. Votes will be counted not according to what the law says but what the local magistrate says; and recounted when the judge above him says the ruling was flawed. Even a landslide for Bush won't prevent Democrats from disputing results in thousands of precincts. (Then when certifying the results becomes utterly impossible, they'll say that once again he is "selected" and illegitimate.)

And the media---in 2000 they were still capable of the obvious blunder of predicting before polls closed. Want to bet they haven't learned? This time around they'll be more brazen, and more selective in reporting every accusation of irregularity.

We're in deep trouble.

"Bi-partisan" = Democratic obstruction of legal Republican initiatives.

"Cynical and Racist" = Republican obstruction of illegal Democratic initiatives.

Obviously, the Republican plan is not truly bi-partisan. It doesn't meet the definition!

As I have been saying, there is no way that Bush can win in PA with Ed Rendell in the govenor's mansion. As mayor of Philadelphia, Rendell oversaw the over 100% voter turn out in some precincts, with a 90% Gore vote. Bush was ahead until late in the count when the remarkable numbers from these precincts were returned.

Phila hired a man to write the program for their touch screen machines that already served time in another state for voter fraud, and then sold the same machines to Montgomery County, which turned in similar pro-Gore votes.

It's almost gotten to the point that the only way to counter Democrat vote fraud is to get the Republican turnout to be so high as to cause the Democrat ballot stuffing to create unbelievable results, such as having precincts vote in numbers greater than registered voters, or at least in percents way out of line with the average turnout for the region.

It would make me sick if the PA election is tipped by Philadelphia voter fraud.

Ferget about it, RNC. Democrat Party Operatives from Wisconsin to South Dakota to Florida to Illinois live to commit voter fraud. I am certain the groundwork is being laid right now to get the dead, the felonious, the pets and the mentally incompetent to vote in massive numbers for the party of Hitlery Clinton.

Tell me! I happily reside in one of the more honest counties in Texas, and I still personally know students at the local college who register at their parents' and also here. Democrat logo; vote early and often. Unfortunately, federal law under motor voter act makes it damned near impossible to prevent that vote. I have been a precinct election judge for 12 years, and this is an unending source of frustration. We do now have a "first time voter" rule, and we have simplified challenged voter rules, but legally, I am required to allow people I know personally to be unqualified to vote.
