Letourneau, Lafave, is this a French thing like eating snails and surrendering?
Except for those French names are the names of their husbands.
Adultery?
I know petitfour. I was being silly. ;)
Assuming that the two teenage boys are telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I read the smoking gun affidavit and one of the boys had a problem with his story. The truth, however, ought to be fairly easy to establish, however, through physical evidence. If she was as careless about the affair as the story suggests, then there ought to be plenty of physical evidence from telephone records and security videos at the places they allegedly went (althought that by itself isn't proof of a crime), to certain tellltale stains on sheets, seats, and female undergarments.
I do have mixed emotions about the case. From an adult perspective, what she allegedly did is wrong and ought to be punished the same as if the case involved an man and a teenage girl. But thinking as a former 14 year old boy, she probably deserves a Noble prize of some sort or at the very least, her picture on a postage stamp.
You keep being silly. It's fine by me. I had noticed this morning that these women had French last names.
And I always forget that my sign-on is a French word. lol
Thank goodness my hubby has Scottish roots and NO French!!!! lol

I'll suggest you go back and reread pages 8 and 9 of the documents at smokinggun.com.
The police had the child in question call this woman TWICE, and second call confirmed she did in fact have sex with this child multiple times.
The timeline, which one of these children had a bit of a problem with, is easily confirmed by cell phone records, and the credit card the teacher used to buy her husband an Ipod.
"I think you may be correct. But who really knows??????"
Her husband knows beyond a shadow of a doubt. So too do their friends and family.
At least she doesn't have children....yet.
"What will come first?"
Need you ask?
Yep, after reviewing other photos I agree.
Appreciate the link, however I've already seen these docs.
Thanks!
"The kid she had sex with, I wonder how it will affect him."
Look, I'm certain that if he thinks about the incident long and hard, he'll somehow handle it and everything will come out just fine.
Might as well face it she's addicted to ....
"Might as well face it you're addicted to love"
Ok, I'll bite. Where do they live? I have a friend who might be able to help.
Evil...evil...just pure evil. You guys didn't get her phone number, did you?
Varsity blues bump. "Miz Davis you go to the prom with me?"
LOL!...it was verb - adverb thing, I guess. :))
Actually the report stated that she made incriminating statements in the telephone call regarding sexual activity, although the report doesn't tell us what she said. She may have done nothing more than confirm that she was with the boys the days they allege that the sexual contact occurred. My point is this -- teenage boys lie about sex and everyone needs to keep that in the forefront of their mind.
The timeline, which one of these children had a bit of a problem with, is easily confirmed by cell phone records, and the credit card the teacher used to buy her husband an Ipod.
And all that proves is that she spoke on the phone and brought her husband a present using a credit card. Although I question the judgment of a teacher who has a platonic relationship with an underaged student outside the classroom, that in itself is not a crime.
Note that the boy couldn't remember the type of credit card she used although he said it had her name on it. Now that's a shock -- using a credit card with your own name on it. What's this world coming to. The boys also described a tattoo just above her ass in a location which is easily visible with today's fashions. And the boys claimed that she trimmed her pubic hair in a "stripe." So do a lot of women. Again, I want to see physically evidence that could only exist if the allegations of sexual conduct are true.
