What the GOP should do is propose a new tax form for everyone who figures that they aren't paying enough taxes, and let them pay a greater percentage of their income upward of what they must legally, if they should freely choose to do so.

Then, every time guys like Warren Buffett or Bill Gates, Sr. whine and cry about how their tax breaks cripple the economy and aren't fair to everyone else, we can say, "Put your money where your mouth is or shut up."
