No, that's what we're allowing them to do. Why? Because we're better human beings than these murdering bastards. It takes courage to keep our position, and it takes utter cowardice and barbarity to take theirs'. Let's keep that in mind when we look to make new policy in the WOT.

I object strenously to today's Supreme Court decision permitting the detainees to seek relief in Federal Court. And my objection is based less on the outcome than on the legal rationale the court employed to reach that decision. It was faulty.
And it was cowardly, because they reversed long-standing law without declaring that they were doing so. A real chicken**** decision.
