This may seem like an obvious point but I'll make it anyway.

In many topics that are contentious or controversial, each side can produce their set of facts that support their own point of view.

However, when it comes to arguing the point of "are fetuses human" every single piece of evidence that comes in points unequivocally to the idea that they are. I remember when the pictures came out of the fetus grasping the surgeon's finger during in utero surgery. And now these pictures. Isn't it amazing that we're not talking about "preponderance of the evidence" or "beyond a resonable doubt" but "every scintilla of evidence that has ever been produced"?
