That's me, baby. I don't mean to be pessimistic, I just can see some Hussein-clone or muslim-fanatic-big-wig seizing power and the Iraqi sheeple following along because that is what they are used to... We lost too many good people freeing Iraq to have the Iraqis fall back under the boot-heel before they have a chance to really know freedom.

You've been spending too much time with the armadillos. They'll say anything to get into your pants.

Great post.....I can hear the libs laughing and saying that it should have said, "Let freedom ring!" Again, great, inspiring post. That point was made on the other thread (see link above your post). I said the phrase with "ring" is associated with America and it was brilliant to use a similar yet different word in welcoming the news that the transfer to Iraqi sovereignty was complete.
They can try and harp on phrasings, but they'll continue to look small and nasty.

The first time I clicked on this thread, nothing came up. Not even the little red X. It was just a little strange. That's all.

The DUmmies were hoping it said, "Let freedom rain." Small and nasty, indeed.
To: CyberCowboy777

Ran some errands in town and someone at the bank stated: "I'm surprised someone hasn't accused Bush of lying because the transfer of power was not on the 30th as he stated it would be! "
Everyone within listening range chuckled.
