The President continued his visit in Ireland on Saturday with an EU summit. Saturday night, the First Couple flew to Ankara, Turkey, where they were received by the heads of state and Church.

Sunday, June 27th, the President reviewed the Turkey troops, laid a wreath at the mausoleum of Turkey's founder Kemal Ataturk in Ankara. He attended a formal photo shoot of the NATO Summit attendees, and then a welcoming dinner at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul, Turkey. The NATO meetings will be held on Monday and Tuesday.

In a surprise sequence of events, L. Paul Bremer signed over full sovereignty to Iraq's interim government two days ahead of schedule in surprise ceremony; Saddam to be indicted this week.

I LOVE the pics of W with his hands on Laura's face and neck. What a loving couple.

Too funny! I just saw the photo of this note and I almost jumped when I saw Condi's signature. My name is "Candi" and it looks exactly like my signature. LOL! I freaked out there for a second!

Yes, the workouts are beginning to show, but I also think either she has a new designer or she has asserted herself on some of the creations. No bows, better necklines, etc.

The turquoise is a great color on her.

What a wonderful group of pictures, Truthie! I know this took you a huge amount of time, and I really appreciate it...especially the shot of PM Blair and President Bush shaking hands and knowing they kept their word and accomplished something great for the world.

I was wondering if y'all would like to help me out. I'm trying to start up a website to help get Dubya re-elected. I'm going to have stuff like letters to the editor that people can copy and paste (if they want), Kerry's changed positions, and arguments to use against liberals. Does anyone have any suggestions for any of these topics or any new topics I should add?

This pic should be their next fundraiser gift photo. How beautiful they both are, inwardly and outwardly.

One brief comment about Kerry - he could not bring himself to offer congratulations on the Independence of Iraq today. He made a few remarks (with two police cars as an attractive backdrop - go figure?) about the good job our troops are doing. And he had to read his comments from index cards in his hands!! I thought Bush was the poor speaker - acc. to the lefties.

I loved how Fox kept reporting that today! He (obviously) didn't congratulate President Bush but why didn't he congratulate the Iraqis? After all, it's THEIR country. Yes, our troops are doing a great job. But today didn't specifically have anything to do with the troops. It was about Iraqis having control of their own country. I'm all for praising the troops every chance we get, but I think it was very rude of him not to say anything about the Iraqis.

Kerry proved once again what kind of person he is. He looked so "small" not even being able to congratulate Pres. Bush on the successful, EARLY handover of power. What a jerk.

I'm anxiously waiting for the Bush/Cheney '04 Commercial that details all the challenges this administration has had to face.

President Bush came into office with everyone saying he did not have a mandate, yet the only legislation he has introduced that hasn't been passed is the legislation the democrats have blocked. For a guy without a mandate, he sure has run circles around those democrats!

Since the day he was sworn in, the democrats have been viciously attacking him despite of the personal attacks, he has remained focused on the job he was elected to do.

During the first few weeks of Operation Enduring Freedom the media and the democrats did everything they could to undermine the war in Afghanistan. The were calling it quagmire within the first three weeks. President Bush ignored them and within 3 more weeks the Taliban fell.

During the run up to invading Iraq, almost every democrat spoke about the dangers Saddam posed and how he must be removed, yet we heard from the far left that N. Korea was more of a threat and should be dealt with first. These were the same people who were calling for us to invade Iraq before the Afghanistan War, because Saddam was more of a threat.

President has been wise enough to ignore these hand wringers and do what he said he would...... LEAD

President Bush has come a long way in 3 1/2 years, 50,000,000,000 people liberated and every terrorist organization is on the run. The troops he commands love and respect him, simply because he means what he says and says what he means.

Lots of politicians like to talk about leading, yet very few of them are capable of ignoring popular opinion polls. George W. Bush will win in a landslide this November because America likes a leader, and every aspect of this Presidents first term can be summed up with a single verb.... LEADERSHIP, he lives and breathes it

The turquoise is a great color on her.

I just heard the other day that everyone can wear turquoise - it's very flattering. I'm hunting for turquoise....

Yes, he is a leader...and a great man. We are so fortunate that those 537 voters were led by the Hand of Providence and voted for President Bush. The alternate universe we would otherwise find ourselves in is horrible to contemplate.

I must get to bed...had a long day of work here. Good night, everyone!

Hello ilovew! Great pictures tonight, aren't they?

I think your website idea is great! I'd love to see a list of all the things Kerry has flipflopped on. And maybe a list of issues, with both Bush's and Kerry's views listed? I'm trying to think of things people can look at and easily tell the difference between the two.

How about a list of Conservative books and books about the Pres., with reviews? I'd be glad to review the books about him that I've read, and maybe some other Dosers would too. I'll look forward to seeing your website!

FReepmail to you in just a minute . . .

The pictures are wonderful! I love to see our president with Tony Blair. I think Tony Blair has shown the world the way a true ally acts, as opposed to countries like France and Germany.

Very good comments, Mike!

We were so used to eight years of . . . well, you know what I mean! For me at least, it was hard to get used to a MAN who lived up to his word, did as he promised, and stuck to what he said, and like you said, LEADS. What a blessing he is. We MUST get him re-elected!

I was listening to Drudge last night, he and others
are trying expose what is behind Kerry's divorce.
His first wife was very poor, only worth over 300 million
not Tareesa's 1 billion.

His first wife suffered from depression and also was in
suicide mode. She is dumped and he spends years bumming
around.

No wonder the French like him.

Now, now. That was harsh. After all, the French are too GOOD to be compared to John Kerry. (And that's saying something!)
