We already have a marine charged with murder for killing an attacker, after he had a fire fight and chased him down and shot him. I think John Kerry professed to do something similar.

The President need to take swift action to circumvent this latest power grab by the supremes. He could just hold massive military court justice for the Gitmo crowd, and dare the supremes to come to Cuba.
