I blame NBC, ABC, USA Today, Al Jazera and the Washington Post. They have blood on their hands. They, along with the inhuman barbaric savages will surely burn in hell.

I am sick over this. I have been worried about Matt for months. I am still hoping he is alive. Maybe the video is fake. Remember when some of our uniforms were stolen from a laundry in Iraq? I hoped this morning, when Zakawri was said to be captured, that the hostages would be rescued. The video looks like it was filmed at night not after the early handover. Maybe it was filmed two months ago. Where is his body?

I saw the video capture picture and I believe they killed him pretty much after they shot the first video of him. If you look hard enough you will see that his hair looks very short in the video capture picture. I believe that if he had been alive all this time his hair would have grown quite a bit over these couple of months. Remember how rough looking and shaggy the one American that escaped his captives looked? His hair had grown quite a bit and he had a beard.

I am heartbroken over this, but believing that Maupin was killed some time ago, gives me some relief knowing that he has not been tortured over and over all this time. If it is him he looks pretty healthy "muscle" wise in the photo (look at his back) and if he had been alive all this time, he would not look as healthy as the person in the photo that was released.

Prayers to the Maupin Family. I hope that we locate where he is buried in Iraq and can bring this brave young American man home to his family and friends.
