Sounds more like "the Dec. 20th decision" to me. Meg, you've got a point. One minute he acts like it was an impulse, then the next minute we find out he bought the license several days in advance. More lying going on.
Yeah buying the licence on the 20th and filling in the dates that day is HUGE in my mind. That was NO last minute decision.
