I just listened to Beth Karas and she says there is "friendly cross-examination" of Brocchini going on still. They are dwelling right now on Kim McGregor. It appears to me that Geragos is just throwing anything and everything out there. Obviously Distaso has NOT be able to do his re-direct yet. According to Kimberly G-Newsome there is just a bunch of what if's coming out attempting to establish reasonable doubt.
And that tells me he's got nothing to defend Scott with; now I know he doesn't have to prove anything, but it sure would help if anybody could account for Scott's whereabouts from 7:00 P.M. on the 23rd until 5:15 P.M. on the 24th.
