I read that Article bear. I do agree that Amber probably didn't want to believe that Scott was responsible. But her attorney says, it will be Scott's OWN words that harm him a lot more than Amber's.

"Apparently we've all been a bit misled about Frey's level of cooperation with police," Crier said in her on-air report, based on information from confidential sources, that police had a meeting Jan. 13, 2003, to discuss "the Amber problem."

Is Catherine Crier under the impression that she's a party to this case?

She's been making a lot of statements on her show lately AS FACT; for instance, she said that Scott went into the bathroom on Christmas Eve at the Rocha house, turned on the shower, and called Amber.

I don't even think they were AT the Rochas on Christmas Eve .....and I haven't heard of any phone calls between Scott and Amber on the 24th.

Unless she's getting this from Gloria, I have no clue where that stuff is coming from.

That the police wondered about Amber's credibility is no surprise to people who don't allow their emotions to rule how they view the facts. IOW, Amber does not walk on water.

That a supposedly innocent witness (Amber) needs her own attorney is also an indication that there is more to Amber than the public knows.
