Hey, about this revelation that Amber was allegedly "double-crossing" the police by talking with Scott in a way she thought wasn't eavesdropped on: IMO, that revelation could work in favor of the prosecution.

Seems to me that if Amber has been totally 100% in the police's pocket since the end of Dec. 2002 (when she called police), then the defense could have said, "SHE'S out to frame/get/suspect poor Scott, too!"

But this way, it is clear that Amber still had some good feelings for Scott (barf), and therefore it should be clear to the jury that she was NOT out to frame Scott, that she had NOT come to any premature conclusions of whether he was guilty or not--and that will make her look MORE credible.

Absolutely..She didn't shut off her "in love" feelings like a switch...negating the implication that she taped and investigated him, found out he was married and therefore had a motive to help "frame" Poor Scott.

She helped frame poor Scott because obviously is in on the murder...with others who carried out the dirty deed to get rid of her rival/ sarcasm....(Geragos MUD)

Any thing she says incriminating about Scott is suspect as she is the lied to girlfriend, getting revenge/Geragos MUD
