I agree..I have no play in this trial...The defense lawyer's job is to defend his client vigorously and to create reasonable doubt.Geragos is pointing to every step the police did not take.
Whether the jury considers this as valid is up to them. It is his job to discredit the investigation...It is the job of the prosecution to present the evidence to convict...
This case has a lot of circumstantial evidence, the only real smoking gun is the bodies, his placing himself where the bodies were found and the 10 minute timeline,
(his 10:08 call to check messages by cell phone that the towers track from his home area to his warehouse and the 10:18 discovery of the dog on the leash...)
Ten minutes was the window of opportunity for Laci to mop, change clothes, put the dog on a leash and get kidnapped.
Oh that reminds me of ANOTHER excuse for Peterson. Remember, a family spokesperson says he's a SEX ADDICT!! Well doesn't THAT just make everything alright? GAG ME.!!
Hey Jax. Yeah I'm disgusted too. The legal system has become a joke. These Hollywood productions attempting to simulate defences and folks falling for it, shows that Society is really on a greased pole down ward. I thought that the Simpson case was a rare aberration. Now, I'm NOT so sure. IF juries can be tricked and fooled by such manipulations and joking about the BRUTAL deaths of a young mother and her unborn child, we are all in Big trouble. btw Where are you going???

Amber must have been recording calls before because January 1st call was played at preliminary hearing through Jacobson. This call was recorded before the wiretap intercepts were in place..

That's a good way of putting it. Bullchit in Bullchit out. Actually I don't REALLY believe that Geragos thinks his client is innocent. He just has to act that way.
Was the A & E show a different one hergus? The only part I saw was Jackie Peterson spouting the same stuff about Carmel that she did in the original program. So I thought, I'm not watching it again.
