What I predict to happen is, the same thing that America do to Germany, Britian and Soviet Union now soon happen to America...braindrain...simply put, when in US average programmer make only 1.5-2 times average salary while in place like Russia, say Moscow, average programmer make 4-6 times average salary, peoples begin to move to where they get deal that is better. While India and China is third world, Russia and other areas like to Ireland are not.
Beside, soon China and India play with all new technology and have R&D centers...once they get few more years experience and US loose it all....but lots of cheap credit.
