"And, finally, when I looked at the newspaper I read every morning, for better or for worse, “The New York Times,” Monday night‘s speech received scant attention on Monday’s paper."

Here's your problem, Joe, don't try to get your news "every morning" from the NYT's. And secondly, try getting a paycheck from a news org. with a little more respectability than MSNBC.

To give him credit, that's two good articles today. One demonstrating that F911 is full of lies, and the other that the media are lying too.

Actually, I heard plenty of this speech on the news, and watched it on C-SPAN. On one hand, it was somewhat shameful that the networks all chose not to broadcast the speech, but on the other, I was rather disappointed by the speech. Frankly, Bush could have said most of what he said in the speech the better part of a year before, and what he did say was lacking in detail. So it was shameful not to cover it, but they didn't miss much, either...

This is just like when the media failed to report the significant event of a foreign head-of-state addressing a joint session of Congress, as when Hamid Karzai addressed Congress on June 15.

Yes, I noticed that too, after my comment. Well, that's two good articles in a month, then.
