Wow, the only kid that ddin't turn out to be a flake was the adopted kid.

Strong mother figure, absent or detached father, lack of early sexual identification..... momma's boy..... I'm sure that Ronnie Jr. is the apple of his momma's eye.

I think Ronald Reagan was one of the greatest presidents ever. He kept me from having to kill Russians or Chinese by his determination to bankrupt the commies and saved our economy by lowering and simplifying taxes.

He might not have been the "best" father but we all fall short in that respect. Ron and Nancy might have spoiled Patty and Ronnie.... and that's why they turned out to be such freakazoids. The adopted son may have had a little tougher time but turned out to love Ronald Reagan and is a credit to the old man.

The Ronnie Jr. reminds me of the son of Longshanks in Braveheart...

I can see junior being the same as Longshank's son, but based on the rest of your post, I sense you don't want to equate President Reagan with Longshank himself.
